SHIPPING

DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS AND HEAVY ORDER VOLUMES, PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE ORDER FOR SHIPMENT AND 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING. YOU WILL BE UPDATED WITH A CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.

RETURN POLICY

NIALYNN RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

PLEASE ENSURE ANY ITEMS THAT YOU ARE RETURNING ARE UNWORN AND UNWASHED WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR RETURN REQUIREMENTS.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SPECIFY WHAT ITEM(S) YOU ARE RETURNING, AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN RN # FOR RETURN AND A COMPLIMENTARY FEDEX RETURN SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL. ONCE PRINTED PLEASE ATTACH AND SEND BACK VIA FEDEX.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS DELIVERED, PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO INSPECT AND PROCESS THE RETURN. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION CONFIRMING YOUR REFUND. PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO SHOW ON YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

YOU WILL HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED THE ITEMS TO REQUEST A RETURN.

WE OFFER EXCHANGES ON ALL STYLE(S) PURCHASED. PLEASE EMAIL INFO@NIALYNNCOLLECTION.COM FOR PROCESSING EXCHANGES. THERE IS NO RETURN SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES.

FINAL SALE

ALL ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Swim Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Nia Lynn is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Vernon, CA. Keep the proof of postage and tracking number when shipping your return as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt/delivery, Nia Lynn will not process your return. 

Please allow 5-7 business days from date your return arrives in our Distribution Center for your return or exchange to be processed and shipped.
