Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5pm PST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please contact us no later than 10 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached. We will do our best to make any order adjustments after orders are placed but are unable to do so for orders that have shipped out. Order cancellations must be confirmed via email. 

Any shipping charges pertaining to returned items requiring a size or color exchange are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please review our size charts before placing your order. 

We will be happy to provide a return label for any defective or incorrectly shipped items. 

PRODUCTS DISCOUNTED OR MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' AT TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, NOR EXCHANGED. MASKS, SOCKS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE FOR HYGIENIC REASONS.

Swim Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Nia Lynn is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Vernon, CA. Keep the proof of postage and tracking number when shipping your return as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt/delivery, Nia Lynn will not process your return. 

Please allow 2-3 business days from date your return arrives in our Distribution Center for your return or exchange to be processed and shipped. 

Nia Lynn does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are Final Sale. All returns initiated from Canada are responsible for covering shipping costs back to LA Collective.

Please contact us at customercare@musefashiongroup.com to initiate a return or exchange. Domestic orders over $150 are eligible for free returns. A $10 shipping and handling fee applies to any orders under $150. Thank you for understanding!

Sale Items
All sale and orders with a promotional code attached are final sale and not eligible for a return. Unfortunately, Nia Lynn does not honor price adjustments.

Damaged Items

We try our best, however if there happens to be an issue with your order, let us know and we will do our best to make things right. Kindly send an email to customercare@musefashiongroup.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
